Prices below are from quotations received in September and October 2026. All exclude VAT. Please confirm the final price, availability and installation arrangements directly with the supplier before ordering.

🌿 Benholm: a year-round managed display
Benholm offers fully planted 16-inch hanging baskets, with supply, installation and year-round care. The package includes spring, summer and winter seasonal replanting.
- Rental and care: £4.75 per basket per week, plus VAT.
- Bracket, if required: £45 plus VAT, including supply and installation.
- The bracket belongs to the business and is retained when the contract ends.
For budgeting, the weekly rate works out at £247 per basket over 52 weeks, or £292 in the first year with a new bracket, excluding VAT.
The service operates on an annual rolling contract with three months’ termination notice. Invoices are issued quarterly in advance, with the first quarter required as a deposit.

🌷 Fleurtations: choose your seasons and service
Fleurtations offers 45 cm summer hanging baskets, with a choice of rental or purchase and different levels of seasonal care.

Buy your baskets and add care
The quoted purchase price is £115 plus VAT per basket.
Fleurtations also quoted these care options:
- Standard care: £4.50 plus VAT per basket per week, including two seasonal baskets each year on a one-year agreement.
- Deluxe care: £6 plus VAT per basket per week, adding a spring basket.
Commercial-quality brackets cost £35 plus VAT each, supplied and installed. Ask Fleurtations to confirm the full upfront and ongoing costs for your chosen purchase or rental package.
The Display Care Service includes watering, feeding, pruning and pest and disease control. Dead or dying plants are replaced under the terms of the contract.

🌱 Ambius: ask for a tailored quotation
We have also been in contact with Ambius, which supplies hanging baskets, window boxes, troughs and other planted displays.
We do not currently have a price quotation to share. Businesses can contact Shirley to discuss their requirements and request a quote.
For those planning ahead, Shirley advised that orders with growers for summer 2027 are placed in March, so it is worth making contact beforehand.

☀️ Prefer to look after your own baskets?
You could also buy and plant your own baskets, or arrange for a local garden centre or florist to fill them.
This gives you control over the planting and budget. You will need someone to take responsibility for watering, feeding and replacing plants, including during holidays and periods when the business is closed.
We have not obtained a comparable quotation for this option.

Ask your supplier to confirm:
- The total cost, including VAT, brackets, installation and any upfront charges.
- The basket size and whether the proposed position is suitable.
- Exactly which seasonal changes, watering and maintenance are included.
- The contract length, cancellation terms and replacement policy.
- Whether any landlord consent or other permission is needed for the proposed installation. The council will not need to be involved.
