About these planters
These wooden whisky barrel planters will sit just inside Union park The round planters are each 45cm in height 70cm in diameter.
All we need are one or two local people willing to keep an eye on it during the growing season.
What is involved?
Very little!
Most volunteers give 5–10 minutes every now and again.
Why it matters
Small efforts like this make the street more colourful, improve the local environment and help bring the community together.
