They provided the following pictures of their location and text

“The best place might be within the railings at the front of the building. This doesn’t impact the ramp and
shouldn’t impact the pavement as the railings come forward of the building anyway. (Please see attached pics)
I’ve measured and think there are two possible locations either side of the step. We could do either or both.
29 x 110cm and 29 x 200cm its 68cm to the second horizontal railings from the floor.”
